SURF is an AI-powered cognitive wellness platform built on Active Cognitive Intelligence (ACI). It helps you set goals, reflect on your progress, develop soft skills, and grow at your own pace. SURF is not a medical device, not a therapist, and not a replacement for professional mental health care.

SURF is a companion. A steady presence designed to support your personal growth journey without pressure, guilt, or hustle culture. If you need clinical support, please consult a licensed professional.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person. You must be at least 16 years old to use SURF.

You may delete your account at any time. When you do, we permanently remove all your personal data, goals, reflections, and AI-generated insights within 30 days.

SURF Premium is a paid subscription service billed monthly at the price displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No penalties. No exit fees. No guilt.

Refunds: If you experience a billing error or are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription, contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

The goals, reflections, and personal data you enter into SURF belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. We access it solely to provide you with personalized AI insights and a functional experience.

Your content is never shared with other users, used for advertising, or sold. Your data is never used to train general-purpose AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

SURF uses AI to generate daily messages, wellness tips, growth insights, and reflection analysis. This content is personalized but is not professional advice. AI outputs are supportive guidance, not clinical recommendations.

AI-generated insights may sometimes be imperfect. We continuously improve our systems, and we encourage you to use your own judgement alongside our suggestions.

SURF is designed for personal growth. You agree not to use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with the service. You agree not to create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription requirements.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We aim to keep SURF available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may update features, pricing, or these terms as the product evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.

Continued use of SURF after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

SURF is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content, data loss due to circumstances beyond our control, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for SURF in the 12 months preceding a claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
